Franchisees will need to be active in every aspect of the business including:
- Hands on management, working with staff and serving customers. Not being an absent manager.
- Hiring and training staff, encouraging loayalty, initiative, good appearance and goodwill and not tolerating lateness, laziness or negativity.
- Ensuring an efficient and well run kitchen with a high quality output of food.
- Daily paperwork and ordering.
- Keeping the premises clean and in good decorative order.
- Training and support
- We are geared to provide franchisees with the tools, support encouragement and full in-house training necessary to expand the good name of Sacks.
Financial investment
Based on approximately 50 covers, we will charge an initial fee in the region of £8,000.-£10000.00
The equipment package will be in the region of £40,000-£50.000.00
Other costs such as those for premises, conversion or building work will need to be considered.
