Cold fillings 
There are a huge range of fillings, all freshly made. We do all the favourite cold fillings from coleslaw to chicken, bacon and mayonnaise, prawns in seafood sauce, and crispy bacon with sour cream and chives. There is even a vegetarian option of pear, walnut and blue cheese.
Hot fillings
The most popular hot fillings are bacon and melted brie, steak and stilton, and bacon mushroom and cheese, whilst cream cheese and roasted red peppers proves a favourite with vegetarians. A recent addition to the ever expanding choice of fillings is hot roast pork with a cider, apple and fresh sage sauce, with wholegrain mustard mayonnaise. The home-made chilli with melted cheese is a winner and some fillings such as ham, cheese and pinapple can be served hot or cold. We will also mix and match to create special fillings if a customer requests it and our chef is very tolerant of this.
Salads
These are very popular and all made with fresh produce. Customers can choose between ham, quiche, three bean or prawns which are complimented by a selection of side dishes.
Desserts
Among our selection are two homemade signature desserts; banoffi pie and creamy lemon crunch pudding. These are freshly made on a daily basis and can also be ordered to take out.
Specials
These vary weekly and two from last month include:
1.Strips of chicken breast with onions and peppers, in a Mexican style sauce in flour tortillas topped with cheese and sour cream and served with potato wedges and a salad garnish.
2. Apple, pear, walnut and blue cheese with a cranberry and red onion sauce, served on a bed of mixed salad with sauté potatoes and a creamy dressing.
Sourcing and ingredients
Wherever possible we source locally produced food. We continually strive to introduce new fillings and beverages to avoid menu fatigue and provide a counterpoint to the competition.
